I want to say Ivan is a very hardworking young man. He was extremely polite, well groomed and very well spoken. In short, he impressed me. He began work immediately upon arrival. He was very prompt. He cleaned out my gutters that hadn't been done in at least 7 years! (I did not know this until after Ivan had already finished and left.) It was a stinking mess! But Ivan worked nonstop, very quickly and was 110% thorough.
